This table contains all 97,921 orf_ids that were assigned specific clusters (1-81 and 0; unassigned orf_ids are in cluster 0) and components (phases, Early, Mid A, Mid B, and Late) with their respective annotations. The table can be filtered, sorted and searched. Use the button ‘column visibility’ to hide specific columns. After sorting and filtering, the results can then be exported in different file formats.
